DIY Blowjob Machine

A while back I decided to try to build my own Blowjob machine, I wanted to be able to lay back, close my eyes and just enjoy the sensation. I figured there had to be a way to make it from components that are readily available, just about everything I used I got from Amazon. I did some research online and tried to break down how the existing machines work, the core mechanical principle is they suck in and blow out. I had built my own fuck machine awhile back which was a good learning experience about linear actuators and what size motors are needed for sexual pleasures.

The machine is made up of four main components,
the pump, the receiver, the controller and the receiver carrier.

The Pump:
The pump consists of a motor, rocker arm actuator and a mechanic’s extractor pump. I’ve mounted these elements onto a wood base. This might look easy enough, but getting everything aligned properly can be tricky.

The Receiver:
Made from the same extractor pump, this device is where the sucking and blowing takes place. I attach masturbation sleeves to it which provides the soft orifice for your cock to be sucked on. The receiver provides the space for your cock to move into as it passes beyond the sleeve.

  The Controller:
Provides the power and allows you to control the speed and the blow back of the unit. More on this later.

The Receiver Carrier:
This item is what makes this machine a hands free experience. You can use the machine without it, but it is much more pleasurable with. Made from a flexible goose neck phone holder, a drawer slide, a piece of bungee cord and a steel spring clip that holds the receiver. The goose neck makes it easy to adjust the position of the receiver. 

It took a bunch of refinements to get to where it is now, troubleshooting issues with the mechanical operation and then coming up with ways to resolve them. It’s not as quiet as I would like but it is working beyond my expectations. I put a longer tube on the pump, now it sits under the bed, much quieter.

I made my Receiver from the same hand pump that I used for the pump. I cut off the threads that the cap screws onto leaving the outside rim, which helps to keep the sleeves on it. I then sanded the inside rim nice and smooth so if my cock happens to run into it, it won’t hurt. 

 I can place sleeves on it that wrap around my shaft giving awesome sensations. Sleeves are cheap and I’ve been experimenting with different ones and have found a few that are just amazing, they all give a different experience.

 

So, I thought it would be useful to share how I control this contraption. It’s one thing to get the pump operational, but to get it to perform as you want it to is another issue all together.

Controlling stroke length: If you look at the photos of my pump, you will see a wing nut that connects the rocker arm to the actuator. If you loosen it, you can move the actuator closer to the motor axel or further away. This adjusts how long of a stroke the pump will put out. If you just want to focus on the tip of your cock, make it a short stroke. It’s adjustable.

Next, here is a photo of my controller.

On this I have the power adapter which has a dial to control the speed. The rating of this device is important, it must be able to provide the correct voltage and amperage for your motor to perform correctly.

 

And mounted below it, I created what I call a blow back controller. To explain, the pump sucks in a certain amount of air, which sucks your shaft into the receiver. Well, the same amount of air is then pushed back out of the receiver which will make the receiver pop off your cock, which I found to be troublesome.

The blow back controller starts with a T connector that the tube from the pump feeds into and then on to the receiver. On the third outlet of the T, I put a one way check valve, which will allow air to escape on the blow cycle and closes on the suck cycle. I followed that with a Air Flow Control Valve that allows me to restrict how much of the air escapes.

I start off with the Control valve opened so the receiver is mostly sucking with less blow back. Once my cock is rock hard I can close it down increasing the blow back until I’m getting the maximum stroke. This is especially useful for the Venus 2000 receiver.

So here’s the breakdown on my receiver carrier, it’s what makes it a hands free experience.

I’m using a flexible goose neck phone holder that I removed the phone holder from, It allows me to position the carrier wherever I want, so it’s adjustable. Attached to that is a drawer slide, this allows the easy up and down movement. I used two pieces of 1x2x4 inch wood to connect the hardware, you gotta have something for the screws to drive into.

Attached to the piece of wood is a small bungee cord that keeps the drawer slide in a neutral position giving the receiver room to be pulled down by the suction and assists with the up stroke. And a steel spring clip that I can snap the receiver into, this makes getting started much easier. 

To connect to my headboard, I made an L shaped device, one leg is a wedge that I slip between the wall and the headboard. Otherwise it lives tucked between the wall and my dresser, out of view.
