Beginners Guide to Anal Play
When I first wanted to try anal play, I searched the internet for advice with minimal results, so I decided to write this based on what I’ve learned and experienced in my own activities. I hope you find this useful.
Training:
There is a reason for the term Ass Training. Your bum works the way it is supposed to, and we all know it can open itself and allow rather large “items” to pass through. However, it does this with cues from the body telling the sphincter to open up. With time and patience, you can train your sphincter to respond to the probing and open itself to allow larger items in. Don’t rush it and don’t start with a large dildo, take your time and introduce your body to the activity. After a while, you will notice that it will become easier.
Will Anal Play Damage my Sphincter?
Short answer, no. I did some research when I first got started and found that in the majority of cases, it doesn’t harm you physically. However, if you go to extremes stretching your muscles beyond what their natural limitations are, you could expect having to deal with anal leakage in your elder years.
What is the Payoff?
For most men, the main pleasure comes from massaging the prostate, it is a walnut sized organ located behind the base of your cock. It is located about 3 inches in your anal canal. The first time I experienced this, the sensation was a combination of a suddenly feeling like I was going to cum while my cock became rigid instantly. As I progressed I found it releases dopamine, which we all enjoy. For some this is all they are after. However, I found that over time I began to really appreciate the sensation of being fucked. Your anus is filled with thousands of nerves, and the thrusting in and out can bring a level of sexual pleasure that I had never experienced before. And the combination of both the prostate being stimulated along with the thrusting can bring on an anal orgasm, where you have an orgasm similar to but very different from just cock stimulation.
Cleaning:
Most beginners don’t even consider the idea of cleaning out their rectum prior to anal play. Let’s be honest, when you’re playing with your ass, you should expect poop to be involved. The first time you pull a toy out of your butt covered in poop can be a bit disturbing, and if you have a phobia towards excrement, then maybe anal play isn’t for you.I don’t always clean myself before play, and my decision to do so is dependent on a number of factors.
• When was the last time I had a bowel movement?
• What time of day is it in relation to my regular BM schedule?
• How extensive of play do I intend to be doing?
• Am I going to be playing alone or with another person?
Cleaning out your rectum is a great way to avoid this, but it is not a guarantee. Get an enema bulb and flush yourself out 3-4 times with warm water. It can be time consuming and it can be a bit of a mood killer, but it increases your odds of not having poop involved in the activity. Most bottoms clean themselves before an encounter. I found an enema tip that attaches to my shower hand wand with an on off valve built in, I have found this to be very convenient. BTW, there are thousands of people out there that enjoy enemas as a sexual activity on their own.
Tip: If you’re planning on bottoming for someone, clean yourself a couple of hours before and then take a sip or two of Imodium AD. Then clean yourself again just before the encounter. This greatly improves the chances of it being a clean encounter.
Diet and Eating Habits:
Eating a balanced diet and foods high in fiber is not only good for you, but helps with your digestive system. Taking fiber supplements tends to make your BM’s more consistent. Sticking to a regular meal plan without a lot of snacking in-between also makes your BM’s more consistent. Ultimately, the more regular you are, the easier it is for you to know the best times during your day for you to partake in anal play.
